(15) - what's it about?
Two soldiers are given a message that
they must to deliver across the front lines in World War 1.
Now I am not a fan of war
films, I find them horrendous, especially stuff about WW1 and WW2, you know
that shit was bloody awful and its like you know those people suffered so its
just too emotional. This film is done well but it is pretty awful - I found it
more disturbing than any horror film I've seen in a long while. It has some
really emotional points in it, and by the end you will probably be quite
sombre. It is a great film but yeah its one that you need to watch something
happy afterwards.

Little
Women (U) - what's it
about? The story of a group of sisters and their lives.
This is one of those films
I wouldn't normally watch, as to me period dramas are a little meh but I
remember this from days of old and thought I would give it a go. It is one of
those where you can just sit and watch, its not a strenuous storyline and not
much really happens in it, it's just a gentle story about life. So don't expect
to be wowed by the story or anything in this, it's just an average drama which
would probably appeal to the older audience.

Bad
Boys For Life (15) -
what's it about? The cops must stop some criminals who are on an assassination
spree.
I used to love these films
so I was straight there when this one was released, and I have to say this
didn't disappoint. It's got a little bit of storyline, some good action,
driving and fight scenes so its totally worth a look if you like the good guys
vs the bad stuff. It still has the feel of the originals so that is really good,
and the humour is still there so you will probably get a few giggles throughout
too. Yep if you like Bad Boys then this will be right up your street, but it's
done in a way you don't have to remember the storyline from them or even of
seen them.

Saving
Grace (DVD - 15) -
what's it about? After the death of her husband, Grace turns to a life of crime
to make some money.
This is a classic film,
its one of those go to movies where you can watch and have a good laugh. It's
got a good story, which is nice and gentle but it also has some good drama and
suspense bits too, its just one of those great movies that's done really well.
Yeah its totally worth a watch if you have a silly sense of humour as you will
probably be creasing up at some of it, but if you also like a good storyline
its worth a watch too. Yep in my book this is just great.

Expendables 2 (DVD - 15)
- what's it about? The gang are tasked to stop a stuff falling into enemy
hands, but nothing is that simple.
So this is the sequel to
the big action hit which has all the good old action heroes behind it, so if
you want to watch a good lot of over the top violence with big guns and
explosions then this will be right up your street. There is of course a little
bit of story behind it to give it reasons but of course as with most of these action
movies don't expect a complex storyline, its not that type of film. It has its
moments though with a few funny bits to go along with the action, so it’s not
all just mindless killing...ok well it kind of is.
