If you are going to watch
this one and you want to be sucked into the universe then its best to look back
to the previous movies but I suppose you can watch it stand alone, you shouldn’t
get too lost with the plot. It’s as gritty as the previous ones, though no way
as graphic as the first one, and the story continues very much in the same
style. It’s got a good plot, which is very dark, a good music scene, and it
also has some good action and suspense, well it’s basically as expected really.
It’s not one to watch if you want a nice happy film though :P

Robin
Hood (12A) – What’s it
about? Robin of Loxley returns home after war and becomes the legendary Robin
Hood.
I know what you’re
thinking ugh another Robin Hood movie, have we not had enough of these
already. Well this one is a little
different, it changes the story up a little and it has a bit of a modern take
on it, even though it’s still set at some time in the past. That said most
Robin Hood movies are a little cheesy in some way and this one even though it
is more serious is still filled with quite a bit of humour too, yep it’s pretty
cheesy in parts but don’t worry there are no men in tights here! Yeah, it’s an
alright movie but nothing special, the story is ok and the action is alright, it’s
not like the best movie but it’s something you can just leave your brain at the
door and watch for a bit of light entertainment.
