What’s it about? Tokyo has a privatised police force and
there is no tolerance to crime…there are killers – those who
have become Engineers – who basically go around killing for the sake of killing
due to some weird tumour…oh and they like weird body modifications!
As the name suggests this is GORE – basically over the top gore-fest – people having their faces cut off – chainsaw mutilations etc…not normally what I'd watch – and as it was lower budget movie – the effects were pretty funny more than sick – a good watch if you want a what the hell movie – but expect gore…and forbidden body parts…
